Review form: your name, country (optional), your rating and your review text.

Booking records: if you go on to book, the details we need to run your trip, such as passport details, emergency contact and health information relevant to altitude. We collect these directly from you, not through this website.

Technical data: like most websites, our server may record your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site working.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on the public website.

Your browser stores your light or dark theme choice and a flag that stops the welcome animation repeating in the same session. These stay on your device and are not sent to us.

Our staff sign in to the admin area with a session cookie that is used only for that purpose.

To answer your inquiry and plan your trip, to arrange permits and services you ask for, to show approved reviews on the relevant page, to keep the website secure and prevent spam, and to meet legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.

Only with people who need it to deliver your trip or run the site: our guides and staff, permit and transport providers, lodges, insurers or rescue partners if you need help, and our hosting and email providers. We share the minimum needed for each purpose.
